Hi, I’m Becky.
I know firsthand that life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect. My own story includes seasons of difficulty, questions, and growth—experiences that ultimately led me to a life of faith at the age of 16. That turning point didn’t erase hardship, but it gave me a foundation of hope, purpose, and direction that continues to shape both my life and my work today.
With an undergraduate degree in Christian Counseling Psychology and a graduate degree in Clinical Social Work, I bring together evidence-based clinical care and a faith-informed perspective for those who desire it. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in both ministry and clinical settings—walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges.
My approach is grounded in compassion, clinical excellence, and deep respect for your story. Whether you come seeking practical tools, emotional healing, or integration of your faith into the counseling process, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
I believe that healing is possible, that your story matters, and that even in the hardest seasons, there is a path forward.
Knowledgeable, kind, and understanding
Becky is an incredibly knowledgeable and kind licensed mental health therapist. This is my second time in therapy; my first experience with a therapist wasn't the most supportive. I was hesitant about whether to seek someone new, but after starting my sessions with Becky, I immediately felt she was going to be a great fit! She is so understanding, and most importantly, I never feel like my feelings are too much or invalid when I talk to her. I'm definitely sticking with her for the long run.
